Armstead-Lehti named United East Defensive Player of the Week

Congratulations to Roosa Armstead-Lehti for being named the United East Conference defensive player of the week!

On Saturday in a match against Penn College, Armstead-Lehti broke the Wells College record for most digs in a match with 35! Averaging 6.6 digs per set and registering 66 digs for the week! On the season, Armstead-Lehti has 332 digs averaging 4.74 digs per set. The Express went on to win the match 3-1. "With all of our injuries and illnesses this season, we're really happy to have Roosa anchoring our defense, and we're excited about seeing her continue to excel both on the court and in the classroom." Head Coach Mark Lucas. 

The Express continue their season as they hit the road Wednesday to take on SUNY Poly @ 7 PM.
