The Wells College field hockey team hosted Keuka College on Thursday, Oct. 7 to begin a four-game homestead at the Wells Turf Field.
The Express allowed just a single tally in each of the last three quarters, but it was the three Keuka scored in the first quarter that made for a challenging comeback attempt.
Wells goalie Samya Anderson-Victor recorded 11 saves on the night. It was the first-year player's sixth double-digit save performance of the season that left her with 124 saves on the season.
Wells continues its homestand with a contest against visiting Sweet Briar College on Saturday, Oct. 16 at 11 a.m.
