Field Hockey drops second game of the weekend.

It was a busy weekend for the Wells Express Field Hockey team. In their second game of the weekend, they traveled to Wilson College for an afternoon contest on Sunday.

Yesterday they lost on the road to Hood College and hoped to bounce back this afternoon.

Wilson College started the scoring early when only 2 minutes into the game they scored their first goal. 4 minutes later Wilson College added to their lead and ended up with a 3-0 lead at the end of the first period. By halftime, the lead had grown for Wilson College to 8-0. Wells fought and fought on both the offensive and defensive end against their aggressive opponent but ultimately were defeated on the road once again by a score of 12-0. 

The Express will take the field one last time this Wednesday as they host Sage College at 7 PM.
