Women's Volleyball Wins Again At Home

Wells College women's volleyball hosted Cazenovia College Tuesday night for another non-conference matchup. The Express would take this one quickly 3 sets to 0. 

In the first set, the Express jumped out to a 12-4 lead and never really looked back. For the rest of the set, the Wildcats never scored two consecutive points and Wells would put them away 25-10. In the second set, Wells College was down as much as 10-4 early on, but big-time serves from Miah Williamson helped them battle back and tie the second set up at 17. It would stay very close until the Roosa Armstead-Lehti served 5 straight points when the score was 20-20 and gave the Express the win in the second set. The Express jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the third set. They were able to maintain the lead and Lexi Carfi helped build the lead even more with 9 straight serves. In the end, the Express would knock out the Wildcats, 3-0.

Women's volleyball will be back in action at home Friday when they host SUNY Poly.
