The Wells College women's basketball team took to the floor Saturday against the Bobcats of University of Pittsburgh at Greensburgh Saturday in an AMCC Conference game. The Express fell 34-78, but had good output from Trinity Thronton and Gianna Padula. Both players had a productive day with points and on the defensive glass. Thornton continues her domination on the class pulling down eight rebounds and while adding 18 points. Padula registered nine points, going 6-8 from the free throw line, and added four rebounds. Morgan Brown, also still grabbing up rebounds, had six for Wells.
The Express are on the road this week, starting at Penn State-Behrend on Monday, February 5th with a 5pm start.
