Women's Basketball Drops Road Game At SUNY Oswego

On Wednesday night, the Wells College women's basketball team continued their non-conference schedule traveling to SUNY Oswego. The Lakers took this one from the Express by a score of 88-20. 

Wells College was without one of their starters this evening Morgan Adams. The Express would not have a lot of luck on the offensive end in this one and ended up shooting below 20 percent from behind the arch and from the floor. The Express only went 50 percent from the foul line but were able to grab 31 rebounds on the night. 

Ai Orita would be the leading scorer for the Express with 10 points, this was the second time this year she would score in double figures. Lydia Thomas would knock down a few three-pointers as well and post 6 points for the evening. Mackenzie Kunkle would lead the Express in rebounds with 8. 

Women's basketball will be back in action Friday at Houghton College.
