Women's Basketball Drops Home Conference Match-Up

Wells College women's basketball team hosted the Lancaster Bible College Chargers on Saturday afternoon for another conference match-up. The Chargers won this one, 68-32.

In the first quarter, Ai Orita did all the scoring for the Express knocking down 5 points. Morgan Adams joined in on the offense in the second quarter adding 4 points of her own but the Express would be down at halftime by a score of 36-9. Wells College had one of the highest-scoring quarters of the season putting up 13 in the 3rd quarter against the Chargers. Sydney Bateman leads the way with 9 points. Ultimately, the Charger offense was too much for the Express and they would fall at home 68-32. 

Sydney Bateman and Morgan Adams both tallied 11 points.

Women's basketball will host Penn State Berks next Saturday.
