Men's Volleyball Splits on the Road, Coach Colesante records first career Win

Wells College Men's Volleyball was back in action Saturday with two games at Kahl Campus Center on the campus of Sage College versus Hilbert College and Sage College. The Express split the day with a loss to Hilbert College 3-1 and a win versus Sage College 3-2 to collect the first career win for Head Coach Cooper Colesante.  

In the first match vs Hilbert College, Connor Garvey and Confidence Burrows led the way with 16 and 15 kills, respectively.  Burrows rounded it out with a kill percentage of 41%, while Mason Moon had 40 assists.

The second game against Sage College went the full five sets resulting in a 3-2 win with Wells taking the 1st, 3rd, and final sets to wrap up the victory.  The win for Wells marks the first career victory for Head Coach Cooper Colesante. The Express were lead by Garvey's 18 kills along side Moon's 37 assists.

Next up for Wells will be hosting Bard and Northern Vermont Johnson on Saturday for a home tri-match.
