Wells Express Athletes of The Week 3/3

Congratulations to Morgan Adams and Gavin Bonczkowski for being named our Wells Express athletes of the week!

Morgan and Gavin were selected based on their nomination the United East Conference all-sportsmanship teams.

The United East All-Sportsmanship Team recognizes student-athletes who epitomize the ideals of sportsmanship. Student-athletes selected to the All-Sportsmanship Team demonstrate fair play, graciousness in victory, and respectfulness in defeat. Each individual has been chosen by their coach as a representative who embodies the Division III spirit. These student-athletes are ambassadors for their teams, both on and off the course, and galvanize their teammates toward their goals. They exhibit respect for themselves, teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, spectators, and the greater campus community.

Adams is a graduating junior who averaged 10.4 points and seven rebounds for the women's basketball team this season. She is from Waverly, NY.

Bonczkowski is a returning sophomore who plays on the Wells College men's basketball and baseball teams. He is from Gilbertsville, NY.
