Clayton-Murphy Selected to AMCC All-Conference Third Team

Aurora, NY-

The AMCC Conference has released their post season awards for Men's Basketball, including the All-Conference Team.  Senior guard Terrance Clayton-Murphy was selected for Wells College, his first recognition in the AMCC for such an award.  Clayton-Murphy was second in the AMCC in points per game, averaging 18.8 points in conference play.  He was also ranked seventh in the conference for total points scored with 432 points.  Clayton-Murphy shot 41.3%, going 57-161 from the floor.  He was also 73-88 from behind the arc, shooting 34% in AMCC Conference play.  

Clayton-Murphy led the Express in scoring, minutes played, and free throw percentage this season.  He scored 887 points in his two-year career for Wells, with a career shooting percentage of 44% and averaged 18.5 points per game in 48 games played.  To see the full AMCC All-Conference team list, click here.
