Men's Basketball Takes Down The Bison

Wells College men's basketball kicked off their final road trip of the regular season against the Gallaudet Bison on Friday night. Wells College won this one big, 80-49.

The Express needs to win both games this weekend to hopefully secure a postseason berth. They came out in this game with a real sense of urgency and made the Bison feel the pressure. The Express was in control the entire first half going up by a score of  35-19 at the break. Wells College ended up with three players scoring in double figures (McCrae, Clayton-Murphy, Oduro-Dompreh). Ransel Rodriguez (11) and Keian Montero (8) dished out a combined 19 assists. 13 of the 16 Express athletes who played tonight scored, the most of any game this season. 

The Express will move on to St Mary's College of Maryland tomorrow at 3 PM.
