Men's Basketball Drops Tough Road Game At Harrisburg.

Wells College men's basketball traveled to Penn State Harrisburg to take on one of the top teams in the United East. The Express fell in this one, 79-63.

The Express came out in this one and grabbed a 12-9 lead over the hosting Nittany Lions. The hosts were forced to tale a time out that proved to be beneficial when they went on a 20-2 run after that time out forcing the Express to take one of their own. The offense would pick up a little bit for the Express before the half but Wells found themselves down 39-24 at the break. As a team they shot 33% in the first half and turned the ball over 15 times. In the second half, Wells cut down on the turn over with only 5 and were able to cut the lead of the Lions down to 6 (48-42 with 13 minutes left to play. The Express would try and go on a few runs but Harrisburg always had an answer. With 10 minutes left the lead was back up to 10 points. The Wells defense was not able to get a stop a few times on the defensive end and this one slipped away from them on the road.

Terrance Clayton-Murphy had 30 points, 3 rebounds, and a assist.

Men's basketball will be back in action tomorrow at Lancaster Bible at 3 Pm
