Clayton-Murphy Named To First Team All-Conference

Congratulations to Terrance Clayton-Murphy for being named to First Team All-Conference in the united east for men's basketball!

Clayon-Murphy, a junior transfer from Lexington Kentucky, had an outstanding season for the Express. He finished the regular season 2nd in points per game (18.2), 4th in field goal percentage (.470), 1st in 3-point field goal percentage (.408), and 1st in made 3's per game (2.7).  Terrance appeared in 24 games for the Express this year, starting in 23 of them and there were only 4 games where he did not score in double figures.

The Express started their season 0-5 and finished on a 14-6 run to secure a spot in the conference playoff tournament for the second consecutive year. 

"Terrance is one of the best scorers we have had at Wells. Like all elite scorers, he has a short memory and the next shot is always going in. His ability to space the floor makes the game easier for everyone else and his confidence is contagious! We look forward to watching him compete in the United East tournament!" Head Coach Joe Wojtylko. 

Wells College will take on the Lancaster Bible Chargers in Lancaster on Friday night at 5 PM in the first round of the United East Tournament!
