Men's Volleyball Falls At Penn State Behrend

Wells College men's volleyball hit the road for Penn St Behrend on Wednesday afternoon.

The Lions of Penn State Behrend are currently number 2 in the AMCC conference with a 12-5 overall record. They would pose a tough challenge for the Express this evening.

In the first set alone the Express wracked up 12 kills, but also 10 errors. Halfway through the set, they trailed the Lions 10-13. When the Lions attempted to extend their lead the Express forced an attack error and went on a run of their own to close the gap and make the score 18-16. Unfortunately, the set would end on an attack error by Connor Garvey and the Lions would win 25-20. In the second and third sets, Wells College battled to try and keep each set from getting away. The Lions kept the Express offense at bay keeping our attack percentage very low and capitalizing on Express errors. Penn State Behrend would best Wells College, 3-0. Harrison Keena leads all wells attackers with 6 kills. 

Men's volleyball will be off for a week and return home next Wednesday to take on Thiel.
