Saturday afternoon brought another United East match-up for the Express softball team.
Today they hosted the Chargers of Lancaster Bible. Before the game, the Express honored their three seniors!

Megan Litzenbereg pitched a complete game in game 1 for the Express. The Chargers put up 8 runs in the top of the first inning followed by 2 in the second and 1 in the 3rd. It took until the 4th inning for the Express to grab a run when Megan Litzenberger scored. Unfortunately, the Express were held to one hit and committed 3 errors in the first game losing to the Chargers by a score of 21-1.
Caroline Barr pitched a completed game for Wells College in the second game for the first time this season. Barr gave up 0 walks and struck out 1. Wells College struggled at the plate in the second game and was not able to produce a hit against the Chargers pitcher. While committing 5 errors the Express would fall to the Chargers once again, this time by a score of 12-0.
