Men's Basketball Falls at TCNJ

Wells College men's basketball competed in the championship of The College of New Jersey Tournament on Saturday afternoon.

The College of New Jersey proved to be a much tougher challenge than the Express faced yesterday in Hunter University. Wells College struggled to produce offense in the first half shooting under twenty percent from the field and behind the three-point arch. At the half, Wells was down 38-20. TCNJ came out on fire in the second half going on an 11-0 run increasing their lead over the Express. Wells committed 19 total turnovers and improved their shooting in the second half. Unfortunately, their host, TCNJ took down Wells, 100-50 in the tournament championship.

Men's basketball will be in action next on November 27th when they visit SUNY Oneonta.
