Wells College women's basketball hosted the St Mary's Seahawks Saturday afternoon for a second consecutive conference match-up. The Seahawks won this one, 72-32.
St Mary's outscored the Express 25-9 in the first quarter with 7 of the 9 points coming from Morgan Adams. The Seahawks stymied the Express in the second quarter only allowing them to score 5 points and taking a 40-14 lead into the break. The fourth quarter is where the Express added their largest total with 12 points. The Seahawks would close this one out against Wells College, 72-32.
Morgan Adams had 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals. Sydney Bateman added 7 points as well.
