Women's Basketball Loses On The Road To Wildcats

Women's basketball hit the road to take on the Penn College Wildcats on Tuesday evening. The United East foe took down the Express, 78-24.

In the first half, the Express shot only 24% from the field but 50% from 3-point land on two shots. Ai Orita had 5 points and Morgan Adams had 6 points in the first half. The Wildcats out-rebounded the Express 23-16 in the first half with the Express turning it over 13 times. Despite this, Wells was only down 35-13 at the break. The Penn College offense exploded in the second half adding 43 points and increasing their overall shooting percentage for the day to exactly 50%. With 11 more turnovers in the second half, the Express struggled to keep up and only scored 11 points in the second half.

Women's basketball will host Penn State Harrisburg on Friday at 5 pm!
