Wells Express Athletes Of The Week 1/6

Congratulations to Morgan Adams and Jalen Feliz on being named our Athletes of the week for the week of January 6th!

Morgan Adams was nominated by her coach, Doug Carter, for her performances on January 6th and 7th at home against two United East foes. In those two games, Adams posted 20 points, 10 rebounds, 3 steals, and a block. Morgan currently leads the Express in points per game (9.2) and rebounds per game (6.3). She is in her Junior year at Wells but will graduate early, and comes to us from Waverly, NY. 

Jalen Feliz was nominated by his head coach, Joe Wojtylko, based on his performances on the weekend of January 7th. When Gallaudet came to town, Feliz posted 26 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block. Against St Mary's College of Maryland, Feliz had 13 points, 5 rebounds, an assist, a steal, and a block. Both of these performances help the Express secure two home conference wins. Jalen comes to Wells College from Manhattan, NY, and is in his Junior season.
