Women's Basketball Takes On The Mustangs In Morrisville

Wells College women's basketball faced the SUNY Morrisville Mustangs in Morrisville, NY on Tuesday night. The Mustangs would take this conference game, 81-24.

In the first half, the Mustang's defense held the Express to just 7 points in the first quarter, and 6 in the second. The Express also had 16 first-half turnovers which the Mustangs took advantage of and built a 54-13 lead at halftime. In the second half, Wells College would run into some trouble on the offensive end only scoring 11 second-half points. The Mustangs would shoot nearly 40% from the field for the evening making it hard for the Express to mount a comeback on the road. 

Morgan Adams leads the Express with 15 points and 9 rebounds.
