Women's Basketball Drops Home Game To Wildcats

Wells College women's basketball team hosted the Penn College Wildcats Tuesday night for a conference match-up. The Wildcats defeated the Express, 89-24.

After one quarter, the Express was down 22-8. The offense struggled in the second and third quarters of this one scoring only 4 points in each. In the fourth quarter, they were able to match their offensive output of 8 from the first quarter. Unfortunately, they would turn the ball over 36 times in the game leading to 43 points for the Wildcats. The Express was also out-rebounded, 52-33.

Morgan Adams lead the Express with 10 points and 7 rebounds. Sydney Bateman also added 8 points. 

Women's basketball will hit the road Friday for another conference match-up, this time at Penn State Harrisburg.
