Men’s Volleyball Team Continues to Climb National Polls

The Wells College men's volleyball team moved up into the No. 6 position in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Poll. The Express are actually tied for the sixth spot with Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). Wells was just one of five teams to gain ground in this week's top-15.

One of the two losses that Wells has on the season was to the new No. 1 team in this week's poll – Springfield. Another of Wells' opponents this year – St. John Fisher – cracked the top-15 in this week's poll. The Cardinals have just one loss on the season and that was a 3-1 match to the Express.

Wells is in action this weekend with two matches on Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. (Penn State) and at 8 p.m. (D-II Daemen). The Express then host a pair of matches on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 11 a.m. (SUNY Potsdam) and 3 p.m. (Keuka).
