Thank you for your interest in the Wells College Athletics Basketball Day Camp! To register for the camp, please fill out the following form. The cost of the camp, per camper, is $200 (a discount for multiple campers). As part of the fee, each camper will receive lunch.

To reserve a spot please fill out the form ASAP. Upon completing this form, we ask that payment be remitted to the following address. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon the check's receipt - please address all checks to "Wells College Men's Basketball". Walk-ups will be accepted once the camp begins.

Please also print and complete the facilities waiver which can be found on the camp page! Bring the completed waiver on the first day of camp!
