Aurora, New York – The Wells College men's basketball team never trailed in the game as they rolled over Morrisville State College 69-43 on Tuesday night at Cayuga Community College. The Express were led by Darrell Bullock with 24-points, Greg Jones with 13-points, and Jarrell Williams with 10-points.
The Express led the entire game, opening with a 7-1 run, and finishing the first half up by 15 points, 32-17. Wells would balloon their lead to 30-points when Marcus Thomas stole the ball and found a streaking Bullock who threw down a booming dunk to extend the lead to 54-24 with 11-minutes left in the game. Wells never looked back as they cruised to the 26-point victory.
The Express shot 42 percent from the field, and finished 14-22 from the line. With the win the Express improve to 2-6 on the season and will now have a three week lay-off before taking on Elmira College on December, 30th at 2:00 pm.
