AURORA, N.Y. - Members of the Wells College field hockey and women's lacrosse programs volunteered at the 34th-annual Skunk Cabbage Classic, organized by the Finger Lakes Runners Club, in mid-April. Alongside the teams' coaching staffs, student-athletes were stationed throughout the course to help the runners in both the half marathon and the 10K.

Three Wells College staff members competed in the Skunk Cabbage Classic. Director of Student Activities and Leadership John O'Connor and Head Field Hockey Coach/Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Kat Heterbring ran the half marathon while the Assistant Director of Student Success, Megan Riedl, competed in the 10K.
