Express Women's Lacrosse Falls At Keuka

On Friday afternoon the Express women's lacrosse team traveled to Keuka College for their second game of the season.

The Express fell earlier in the week at home to Alfred University and looked to bounce back at Keuka this afternoon.

The game did not start the way the Express imagined as they found themselves down 4-0 early in the first quarter. Clara Lima was able to find the back of the net twice in the first but the Express were still behind 7-2 going into the second. Keuka went on to pile 6 more goals in the second quarter while the Express only mustered 1. The Express was down 12-3 at the half.

In the second half, the offense for the Express slowed down and they tallied 2 more goals to make 5 on the day, all coming from Clara Lima. Meanwhile, Keuka continued to build their lead and secured a home win over the Express by a score of 18-5.
