The Wells College softball team had its best display of offense on March 9 when the team scored 16 runs over the course of two games.

What made that March game memorable was not only the team's seven runs in the opening contest, but following that with a single game high of nine runs in the matinee game on the same day.

The Express softball team in its second game of its second day of the season in Myrtle Beach, rallied to retake the lead at 9-8 against Keystone College, in a game that saw the lead change a total of four times.

The trio of Olivia Maish, Jenna Devora and Jennifer McCumber combined for six hits with two apiece. All three batters had extra base hits with Devora and McCumber each belting doubles and finishing with four RBI each.

Single hits went to Naomi Kubo and Tori Miller, while Jessica Conover picked up an RBI. In the field, McCumber executed a double play, while Conover took the loss from the mound in relief after Hailie Bennett left after four innings of work and a 7-6 lead.
